At The Grove, our Family Ministry is built on the belief that healthy parents will lead healthy families. We understand that parents are the primary influence in their children’s lives, and we are committed to coming alongside parents in their journey of raising children, equipping and empowering them to be spiritual leaders in their homes. We do this through premarital counseling, parenting classes, marriage events, and so much more. We also desire to walk alongside families with our kids and student ministries, ranging from infants all the way through high school. Our desire is to see families changed by God to reach all people.
Early Childhood
Our programming is for Infants through Kindergarten. It is designed so each child is cared for and instructed in an age-appropriate classroom environment. Your child will be a part of the exciting adventure of discovering Jesus through songs, Bible stories and verses, learning activities, and prayer.
Elementary
The Grove KIDS exists to partner with parents in cultivating the spiritual growth with their children. Our desire is to make your children’s time with us the most exciting part of their week. The staff and volunteers have a passion for leading our 1st – 4th Graders at The Grove to Christ in a safe, fun, and interactive environment.
Preteen
Our Preteen Ministry, The Bridge, is for 5th and 6th graders to come and learn about Jesus at a level perfect for their stage of life. We desire for our students to be challenged in making their faith their own and learn more about the word of God. Preteens can come to one of our services or events knowing that they will hear the gospel preached and have quality conversations and experiences with leaders and friends.
Junior High
The Refuge exists to encourage Junior High students to take their faith to the next step. We do this through a welcoming community of leaders who encourage them in their relationship with the Lord and invest in their lives on a weekly basis. We offer services, small groups, fun games, special events and trips that promote community-building relationships and spiritual growth.
High School
We exist to provide high school students a place to experience Christ in a way that will drastically change their lives for eternity. Our deepest desire is that they would be changed by God to reach all people. High School is an awesome but challenging four years of a student’s life. We don’t want anyone to go through it alone. We hope your student will come join the Overflow family!
Inclusion
We support people with disabilities so they are able to be included in their age-appropriate ministry/service.
In addition to our weekend and midweek services, anytime there is an event on campus, we will support someone with disabilities so they can participate.
Grandparenting
Our Grandparenting Ministry seeks to equip, empower, and encourage grandparents to be intentionally involved in the lives of their grandchildren. We offer meetings, classes, activities, and other resources to assist grandparents. Through our relationships with our grandchildren, we want to guide them to accept Jesus as their Savior, be followers of Christ, and influence other people for His kingdom.
Foster Care / Adoption
At The Grove, we believe in being changed by God to reach all people. And one way we live out this calling is through our Foster Care & Adoption Ministry. We deeply believe that every child deserves a loving and nurturing home, a place where they are cherished and can experience unconditional love.
